Services
Deposits are refundable within the first 10 business days of purchase.
Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed services
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed to date
Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or accessed
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if Sticky K’s is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to circumstances within its control.

Revisions
Revisions are limited to what is outlined in your service package. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees.
Limitation of Liability
Sticky K’s will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in writing. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.
